Nice wee independent coffee with cakes. Love the wee museum they have. Despite not having a full english menu the owner was helpful explaining every menu item.

A lovely coffee place. They have some food menus, too. The potion is not so big. I enjoyed having good time here.

Came across this delightful cafe while exploring Nara. The staff were positive and delightful. They didn't have an English menu when I was there but ordering was easy by pointing out the piece of cake I wanted and using Google Translate to read through the tea menu. The tea was tasty and the carrot cake was much denser than what I've had in past but still very delicious. The decorations are kitschy and adorable and there were a few cute items for sale as well. A lovely place to spend the afternoon after spending the morning walking all over Nara!

What a delightful find in the middle of Nara. So beautifully laid out, calm, with wonderful service and, best of all, great tea, coffee and home-made cakes. A true oasis. Congratulations.
